  1. Mix 1 cup quinoa and 2 cups of water and cook
  2. Brown 1 pound pork sausage, add brussels sprouts and leave on low while the quinoa cooks.
  3. Once the quinoa is finished mix with your skillet of pork and sprouts and voila!
