  1. Mix flour and seasonings together
  2. In a separate bowl whip up your eggs
  3. Soak your meat in the eggs (make sure you smash them around, you need good coverage or the flour won’t stick properly)
  4. Heat your oil in a medium sized frying pan o medium heat
  5. Move your meat, one piece at a time, into the flour and press it around until you can’t see any red
  6. Put the meat into the pan
  7. Cook until the first side is golden brown and then flip over and repeat
  8. Serve with some homemade country gravy!
