  1. Put the chicken (whole breasts) into your crock pot
  2. Add chicken broth, enchilada sauce and the green chilies
  3. Cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours
  4. Take chicken out and shred
  5. Mix chicken with 2 cups of the liquid from the crock pot
  6. Warm tortillas
  7. Smear a good amount of cream cheese on each warm tortilla
  8. Place roughly 3-4 tbsp of chicken on each tortilla
  9. Roll up tightly and pin closed with a toothpick as seen in photo below
  10. Fry however you like ( we used the deep fryer because America.)
