Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Chicken Wontons|This Is Why I’m Full
Fried and creamy delicious tube rolls. At least that’s what I think they are, but my wife thinks these are called Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Chicken Wontons. I like my name better as its much easier to say and is even more descriptive than her recipe name. She made them so, she named them. As you can see my contribution was frying them, and I may have been distracted on a few of them, so just ignore those darker than average marks (its not burned!!)
The hardest part of this recipe is pan frying them. I wouldn’t trust them in a deep fryer so that’s why we (I) did it in a pan. Make sure you put the seam down when you put it in the oil or they will open up and the insides will spill everywhere. If that happens you’ll just have a big mess on your hands and you’ll have to start over with fresh oil.
