Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
Roughly chop the garlic and place in the slow cooker
Sprinkle the meat with salt, chili powder, black pepper.
Rub seasonings onto the pork.
Add lime juice, orange juice, and salsa.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
Shred meat with two forks directly in the slow cooker, it should fall apart easily.
Preheat broiler. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Place the shredded meat on the cooking sheet and pour a few spoonfuls of sauce over the top. Broil for 5-10 minutes or until you get browned edges on the pork.
Heat 20-25 tortillas in the microwave and put 2-3 tbsp of the meat into each, roll them up and pin each closed with a toothpick
Heat some oil in a skillet and fry each one, roll them over and set on a paper towel to soak up oil
Serve with sour cream, guacamole, salsa or whatever you like!
