  1. Coat your steak with cornstarch and let rest
  2. Take the back of your knife and peel your piece of ginger and mince
  3. Turn Crock pot on High
  4. Mince Garlic and add into crock along with chopped green onion and ginger ( I used more garlic, than stated, use as much or as little as you want)
  5. Add in soy sauce, water, sugar, and oil
  6. Stir to combine
  7. Add in stir fry beef
  8. Let cook on high for 4 hours or until tender.
