Delicious Garlic Cheesy Bread Recipe
extra virgin olive oil
grated, to taste
Preheat the oven to 400° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Cut out your bread at the side of a bit more rounded, do not cut it all the way but cut it like it opens like a book. Set aside.
In a small food processor or in a blender, add in all the garlic, oil and parsley and blend it until smooth.
Spread over this mixture on both sides of the bread and wrap it in aluminum foil and bake it for 10 minutes.
Unwrap the bread and sprinkle over the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese all over both sides of the bread. Season it with pepper all over the top.
Return the bread
to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
Slice you garlic cheesy bread into bite size pieces and serve it hot.
