  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Trim the stalks and tops of your artichokes
  3. Place in a foil lined baking pan (it needs to be tall enough for them to stand up and not stick out too much!)
  4. Drizzle roughly 1 tbsp over each one
  5. Smash garlic as far into them as you can
  6. Pour your water into the bottom of the pan
  7. Cover with foil
  8. Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until soft (you may need to add more water as they cook, they need the moisture!)
  9. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes
  10. Enjoy with your favorite artichoke sauce, I will be posting my own personal recipe in the next few days!
