Ingredients
- 6 pieces cube steak ours were about 5"diameter
- 3 cup Flour
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasining
- 1 cup vegetable oil

Instructions
- Mix flour and seasonings together
- In a separate bowl whip up your eggs
- Soak your meat in the eggs (make sure you smash them around, you need good coverage or the flour won't stick properly)
- Heat your oil in a medium sized frying pan o medium heat
- Move your meat, one piece at a time, into the flour and press it around until you can't see any red
- Put the meat into the pan
- Cook until the first side is golden brown and then flip over and repeat
- Serve with some homemade country gravy!
