Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas|This Is Why I’m Full

I like fajitas, but as I’ve said before, apartment living means we don’t have a barbecue or a grill… I know, sad. But that means that we have to find other ways to cook our fajitas, hence these Crock Pot Chicken Fajitas came into being! I think next time I might not put as much liquid, the onions and bell peppers weren’t as crunchy as I wanted them to be! But other than that they were really delicious! Not to mention how easy they are to get together!

Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except your tortillas into your crock pot.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours
  3. Remove chicken and cut into strips, add back into crock pot and serve from there
  4. Serve on tortillas with sour cream

Crock Pot French Chicken|This Is Why I’m Full

I know this Crock Pot French Chicken sounds weird, but it is really good! The french dressing and the cranberry sauce mix well together, in fact I might mix some cranberry sauce into French dressing when I eat it on salads from now on!
I think next time I might leave out the onion soup mix, it didn’t really do anything and I would rather just slice up a fresh onion!

Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken|This Is Why I’m Full

This Crock Pot Teriyaki Chicken is so good! We made ours into a stir-fry type dinner with some delicious brown rice! The hubby loves teriyaki chicken, and that’s a good thing because I do too! For the stir fry we put a little bit of oil into a pan on the stove and cooked up some zucchini, carrots, fresh bean sprouts (canned are yucky!) and some snap peas. It was awesome!

This Crock Pot Honey Dijon Chicken is a sweet and delicious meal! Hearty and amazing! The sweet flavor of the honey and the vinegar taste of the Dijon mustard are just amazing together!
We ate ours over rice, but I think that this chicken would also go well with some nice thick cut potatoes! We hope that you like our second installment in our chicken crock pot meals! Stay tuned for more!

Crock Pot Fancy Italian Chicken|This Is Why I’m Full

This Crock Pot Fancy Italian Chicken is crazy good! We ate ours in some amazing burritos and it was awesome. This recipe is the start of our week long Chicken Crock Pot extravaganza! We are starting off June the right way with some simple and delicious crock pot freezer meals.
I especially like this one because it is so versatile! It is really flavorful but doesn’t have to go with any specific side dish! Most of the meals we made had to be served with rice because anything else might have been weird!
