Bread and cheese oh my! These would be great as dinner, or even an appetizer if you make them small enough. We made them pretty large, they came out about the size of our hand so they aren’t exactly bite sized like you’d want if you were to serve them as an appetizer. You really can’t go wrong with bread and cheese though, we topped ours with garlic salt because we really love garlic bread, we’ll anything garlic really. If you’re going to make these make sure to wrap the dough all the way around the cheese, or it will explode like you see in the picture.
