Black Pepper Crusted Steak|This Is Why I’m Full
I had a sad day recently, not long after we made the delicious Black Pepper Crusted Steak you see above…….. I realized that I can’t eat red meat anymore. Less than 2 months after eating my first steak a major love affair had to come to an end…. No more hamburgers, beef stroganoff, Costco hotdogs, etc. Many delicious foods that I can’ eat anymore because my stomach won’t let me.
But if the Hubby would let me eat myself sick on ANY beef, this would be it. The be-all, end-all if you would. Juicy and tender this steak made me see what my dad has been telling me all my life: STEAK IS BEST. And now I can no longer eat it, parting is such sweet sorrow…
However, just because I can’t eat this heavenly entree doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try our Black Pepper Crusted Steak and love it just as much as I will always cherish the memory.
