We went freezer meal crazy awhile back, and one of the things we made was Mongolian Beef, but we had extra steak so we stuck it in the freezer, where it lay forgotten for about a month.. And then one Sunday I had a craving for Chili but didn’t want to go to the grocery store (lazy, lazy, lazy Sunday) and then my wonderful husband remembered the extra steak! So we took it and dumped all of the veggies and beans we had in the fridge/cupboard into the Crock Pot and a few hours later we had some amazing chili! There is nothing in the world I would rather do on a chilly Sunday evening than watch a movie and eat something nice and warm!
