Grilled Cauliflower Steaks

  • 1 inch head cauliflower cut into oneslices
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


  • Mix all of your ingredients, except your cauliflower, in a bowl
  • Using a kitchen brush spread the resulting mix onto both sides of each cauliflower steak
  • Grill over medium-high heat until the stalks are tender
  • Cool for five minutes
  • Enjoy as a side dish or as your main course!
